Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an Xpress Pass? - Head over to our online store to order your pass, or ask one of our Xpress Wash attendants or a cashier at any of our locations. They will be happy to get you a pass, and they can even help properly affix it to your window!
How does the pass work? - Initially, your pass will be loaded with a number of washes of a package of your choosing (Xpress, Premium, or Ultimate). Every time you go through the wash one is deducted automatically. You will see your remaining number of washes on the auto teller screen, and you will receive an email letting you know how many washes you have left.
How do I know when to buy more washes? - When the Xpress Wash screen or your reminder email lets you know that you are running low, you can either purchase additional washes at the teller, cashier or online.
How do I add more washes? - You can purchase additional washes at the auto teller, cashier or online. Added washes must be the same package as the packages currently loaded onto your pass.
